What shipping carriers do you use?

We continuously optimize and analyze shipping carriers for the best experience. Express shipping is the primary method available through DHL and FedEx. Standard shipping includes China Post and SF Express.
How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on dimensional weight. Please know that our shipping fees are directly linked to the weight of the items, as set by our carriers, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders. When you buy more, you save more! As your wholesaler offering competitively low pricing, ordering in bulk will be your best option to save as parcels are charged by weight. Carriers charge the same price for 1 or 5 items where the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG. 
Can you dropship orders to my customers directly?

Yes! For those who have a Shopify store, this feature is available. Simply download the Kin Custom Shopify app and follow these instructions. If you do not have a Shopify store, you can still purchase, you will need to bulk order and ship to one address.
How long do orders take to process and ship?

We average 48 hours processing time before your order is shipped. Please allow processing and shipping before your order is delivered. Same Day Ready-to-Ship inventory is available under our Ready-to-Ship collection.
