What if I don't upload my logo?
No worries! Uploading your logo is not required. Should you decide to not use this complimentary service, all packaging will be blank and non-branded.
Can I preview my logo before I submit an order?
Of course! If you have not registered an account, you will need to do this first. Once you have a registered account, log in and under your Account Settings, you can access Custom Branding to upload your logo and preview.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Because we have same-day shipping options and our supplier network is global, we are working around the clock to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
