What if I don't upload my logo?
No worries! Uploading your logo is not required. Should you decide to not use this complimentary service, all packaging will be blank and non-branded.
I don't have a logo yet, can you help me?
Although we do not directly offer logo design services, there are excellent third-parties such as designers on Upwork, Etsy, and Canva. Once your logo is created, you can then upload into your account!
Can I preview my logo before I submit an order?
Of course! If you have not registered an account, you will need to do this first. Once you have a registered account, log in and under your Account Settings, you can access Custom Branding to upload your logo and preview.
Do you offer sewn-in labels?
Yes! When you order more than 500 items. If you would like to also have branded sewn-in labels, you would qualify for our private label services here. If your MOQ is lower than 500, you may use our complimentary branding services including branded polybags, hang tags, shoe duster bag, and packing slip.
